Kornblume is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace and balcony. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. End your day on the large terrace.

Red Poppy is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and small garden. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, shower, WC and bidet. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. If this view is not enough for you, there is also a balcony. Here you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.
