The Stadtnestl Apartment in Sterzing is a charming retreat that captivates with its cozy ambiance — a place where you’ll feel at home from the very first moment. Centrally yet quietly located, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay.

With 65 m² on the ground floor, the apartment accommodates 2 to 5 people. At its heart is the spacious living kitchen, equipped with modern amenities: a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, a 55” Smart TV, a large dining table, and a comfortable couch for your convenience. A highlight is the wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy and romantic evenings, which is available after a short introduction.

The apartment features a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a bunk bed. Bed linens are provided, and a travel crib for young children can be supplied upon request.
The newly renovated bathroom boasts a spacious rain shower, washbasin, hairdryer, toilet, and towels.
Additional practicality comes with a separate storage room, which includes a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and cleaning supplies, as well as an entrance area with a coat rack.

Free Wi-Fi, a private parking space directly in front of the apartment, and a small garden with a barbecue, dining table, sun loungers, and umbrella complete the offering.
Pets are welcome for a small daily fee.
