The Wishing Bell at Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo – high above the picturesque alpine town of Sterzing/Vipiteno in South Tyrol – is a magical place of reflection and contemplation. From here, your wishes, thoughts, and prayers are carried out into the world over the majestic mountain peaks. The ringing of the bell brings hope and joy, symbolizing the connection between humans and nature.
The Panorama Swing allows visitors to fully enjoy the unique panorama. With every swing, it feels as though you are soaring over the vast valleys and impressive peaks. It is a place of freedom and wonder, representing the beauty of South Tyrol.

You can get to the Wishing Bell in two ways:
1. Hiking: From the mountain station at 1,860 m, there is about a 40-minute walk to the Wishing Bell. The hike through the alpine landscape offers breathtaking views and is a wonderful opportunity to experience nature up close.
2. Cable Car: A more relaxed option is to ascend with the cabin lift and the panorama lift to 2,120 m. From the Panorama mountain station, it is only a quick 5-minute walk to the Wishing Bell, making the journey particularly pleasant.

The Summit
The Köpfl, the summit of Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo, is just a 5-minute walk from the Wish Bell. Here you have a spectacular 360-degree view: the sight extends from the Zillertal Alps over the Dolomites and the Sarntal Alps to the Stubai Alps – a truly impressive panorama showcasing the beauty of the region.
